Job summary

Raith GmbH, a world-leading high-tech company in nanofabrication, seeks a logistics/order management professional in the Netherlands. Your role spans from contract review to final shipment invoicing, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring on-time customer delivery in a complex, global supply chain.

You will manage multiple priorities, track milestones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory, and shipment execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or planning.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, order management, production planning, or customer project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end material flow processes, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and shipment execution.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with international transportation, export documentation, customs regulations, trade compliance, and coordination of global shipments is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from contract review to final shipment invoicing.
• Coordinate production schedules based on capacity planning, material availability, project priorities, and delivery requirements.
• Track and control all logistics process steps, from order release, procurement, warehousing, production supply, packing, shipping, and customer delivery.
• Organize shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery performance.
• Support the customer journey through key project milestones from order confirmation to service handover.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, effective communication, and timely execution of logistics, material flow, and customer delivery objectives.
