Abroad Experience in the Netherlands seeks a proactive Logistics Specialist with French and English fluency to manage international shipments for a portfolio of countries. The role requires collaboration with 3PLs, ensuring import/export compliance, and maintaining precise data to support delivery KPIs.

You will provide regular status updates to stakeholders, handle shipment-related inquiries, and contribute to continuous process improvements within a dynamic NGO logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, public health, or related area.
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain operations, transport, or logistics.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience with ERP or other supply chain management system.
• Experience in high value and temperature sensitive products is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely logistics execution for international transport and in-country delivery.
• Lead troubleshooting of transport and delivery challenges.
• Monitor shipments and mitigate delays and risks at country level.
• Provide updates to recipients and training to 3PL partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high quality logistics solutions.
• Maintain ERP data and support invoicing and reporting.
