KLG Europe is building a new Control Tower Team and seeks a dedicated Control Tower Specialist to drive accurate, timely execution of financial, customs, and transport administrative activities within service levels.

You will monitor delivery progress, collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders, and contribute to KPIs and quality targets. The role offers growth in an international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• Experience with transport, customs, or financial administrative processes; a strong foundation in at least one of these disciplines is essential
• Accurate, structured, and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• A strong sense of responsibility and keen attention to quality
• The ability to prioritize and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• You take ownership, identify issues before they become problems, and ensure that commitments are fulfilled

Responsibilities

• Within the Control Tower Team, support the daily transport operation and ensure the correct handling of financial, customs, and/or transport administrative activities
• Monitor service delivery progress, proactively identify deviations, and ensure prompt follow-up
• Work closely with the customer, carriers, and internal departments to contribute to agreed performance and quality targets in line with KPIs and service levels
• Report to the Control Tower Manager
• Identify and follow up on operational deviations, escalations, and exceptions
• Maintain contact with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the achievement of performance and quality objectives
