Job summary

This executive role bridges marketing, content, and product engineering by driving AI/LLM translation workflows and CI/CD integrations.

The position leads a specialized team, oversees vendor networks and budgets, and advances automation while ensuring quality across multiple global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in global localization and intl marketing ops.
• Proven leadership in scaling localization teams.
• Technical fluency with LLM/AI in marketing contexts.
• Experience with enterprise LSP contracts and budgets.
• English professional fluency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize the global localization roadmap for marketing and product.
• Embed localization workflows into CI/CD pipelines and headless CMS.
• Lead GenAI/LLM adoption for automated marketing adaptation.
• Hire and direct a localization tech/quality/project team; manage LSPs and budgets.
