PUM is seeking a Programme Manager Livestock to lead its animal husbandry programme within the Food Programme. You will translate client requests into project proposals and build a diverse expert community across the Netherlands and beyond.

You will collaborate with in-country managers, secure funding from institutional donors, foundations and corporate partners, and ensure projects deliver lasting impact aligned with PUM’s goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in animal husbandry and livestock management.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership experience with volunteers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess project requests and match needs with expert skills.
• Translate client requests into actionable project proposals.
• Coordinate with in-country managers and representatives.
• Develop programme plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify and secure funding from donors and partners.
• Monitor developments and anticipate future demand.
• Foster diversity and inclusive expert community.
• Manage programme data and knowledge sharing.
• Support partnership mapping and collaboration.
