Job summary

PUM is seeking a Programme Manager Construction and Manufacturing to drive strategic programme development, build a dynamic expert community, and match client requests with qualified professionals across countries. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience and/or strong affinity with construction and manufacturing, with a track record in strategy and business planning.
• Background in programme management and team leadership; experience with volunteers is a plus.
• Strong intercultural communication skills and ability to collaborate with international colleagues.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on impact, quality and results; comfortable with digital tools.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide programme plans with clear propositions to strengthen sustainable construction and manufacturing ecosystems, ensuring alignment with goals and partnerships.
• Monitor programme developments and trends, anticipate future demand, and position experts proactively.
• Assess project requests, differentiate between technical needs and general business support in consultation with country managers.
• Translate client requests into actionable project proposals ensuring strong match between needs and expert skills.
• Act as an ambassador for diversity, growing a strong and inclusive expert community.
• Manage programme data and knowledge, capturing insights and sharing across projects to maximise impact.
• Coordinate project planning, support efficient delivery, identify and map strategic partnerships.
