Hunter Douglas is seeking ambitious MBA candidates to join a high-visibility, four-month project-based program designed to accelerate leadership potential. You'll work with our Executive Leadership Team and rotate through local onboarding and a global HQ induction in New York, delivering real business impact from day one.

After the initial assignment, you’ll transition into a longer-term role aligned to strengths, with growth opportunities across our global organization.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a full-time MBA program and available to start in August 2027.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience prior to starting your MBA.
• Dutch language proficiency is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site at the designated location.
• Demonstrated ambition, resilience, and leadership potential.
• Desire to build a long-term career within a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a four-month, high-visibility strategic project sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team.
• Engage in onboarding experiences: Local onboarding, Global HQ induction in New York, and networking with senior leaders.
• Deliver measurable results from day one and influence business decisions at the highest levels.
• Transition into a longer-term role aligned to strengths and business needs, with leadership opportunities.
