Job summary

Strohm in IJmuiden is seeking a Lead Field Engineer to oversee mission-critical offshore operations worldwide. You will lead onsite teams, ensure safety standards, and manage all Field Service equipment readiness while driving continuous improvements across operations.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of experience in engineering or installation, proven track records in the Oil & Gas sector, and excellent English skills. This role includes a hybrid working model and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in installation, onsite fabrication, or engineering.
• Proven track record in mobilizing technical equipment for Oil & Gas operations.
• Strong documentation skills and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead global end‑fitting operations and oversee critical on/offshore activities.
• Interface confidently with clients and ensure seamless mobilization processes.
• Drive safety and quality throughout every onsite and offshore activity.
