As our Lead Field Engineer, you’ll be at the center of delivering mission-critical termination activities—whether it’s a one-off project or a full multi-pipe Jumpers On Demand (JoD) campaign. You’ll be the expert on deck during (trans)spooling, TCP installations, and repair scopes, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly, and to the highest technical standards.
In this role, you lead onsite teams, uphold top-tier procedural and safety standards, interface directly with clients, and ensure flawless execution in the field.
Based in IJmuiden, The Netherlands, you’ll also own the readiness of all Field Service equipment—overseeing maintenance, upkeep, and mobilization. Beyond field operations, you’ll help elevate our capabilities by driving equipment upgrades, improving procedures, supporting testing programs, and contributing to training and continuous improvement initiatives across the Field Service Group.
