Job summary

Bacardi-Martini is seeking a Global Labels and Cartons Category Manager to lead the global sourcing strategy for labels and cartons, aligning with long-term growth goals. You will drive supplier partnerships, sustainability initiatives, and cross-regional governance to maximize value and ensure timely savings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; CIPS preferred.
• 3–5+ years in procurement or supply chain roles, packaging sector preferred.
• Experience in F&B or FMCG advantageous.
• Fluency in English required; other languages beneficial.
