SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, seeks a Global L2 Reliability & Technical Support Engineer to safeguard filling-line equipment across eight sites. You will provide advanced technical escalation support, develop local L1 capability, and standardize knowledge via CMMS and training.

You will lead root cause investigations, define corrective actions, coach local teams, and collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional groups to drive reliability improvements globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability; structured problem solving.
• Willingness to travel internationally and coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for mechanical systems, pneumatics, drives, conveyors, filling equipment, sensors, motors, control panels, PLC/HMI systems and industrial networks.
• Lead root cause investigations using 5 Why, fishbone, PDCA and 6M framework.
• Define corrective and preventive actions, assign ownership, verify effectiveness and prevent recurrence at other sites.
• Coach and train local L1 engineers and maintenance teams through case reviews, workshops and practical on-the-job learning.
• Define and improve the L1-to-L2 escalation process and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, standard work, failure histories, BOMs, and knowledge bases in CMMS.
• Improve spare-parts transparency and intersite sourcing of parts.
• Coordinate escalated cases with OEMs, system integrators, OT, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, QESH and site leadership.
• Monitor service and reliability KPIs and recommend technical standards and improvements.
