Job summary

ASICS in Hoofddorf (EMEA headquarters) invites you to a 6-month internship in Learning & Development and Internal Mobility, starting in September. You will support recruitment processes, plan learning programmes, and help manage international mobility initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.

Ideal candidates are enrolled at a Dutch university, available 5–6 months from September, with strong organisational and communication skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Available from September for 5–6 months.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate learning programmes for employees across the organisation.
• Communicate with participants and managers regarding learning initiatives and maintain up-to-date learning materials and trackers.
• Create onboarding materials for new expatriates and track extended business trip programmes.
• Support ad-hoc talent projects including process improvements, surveys, research activities and presentation preparation.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance internal processes and improve overall employee experience.
