Job summary

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the Consumer Lifecycle & Engagement team with exciting CRM and loyalty initiatives. You'll play a key role in our OneASICS loyalty program, managing and creating engaging experiences that connect with our global community. As an intern, you'll dive into diverse projects from managing promotional campaigns and analyzing customer data to coordinating prize distributions and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This role offers invaluable hands‑on experience across marketing strategy, operations, and customer engagement.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Centralize and manage cross‑channel marketing copy to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Administer raffle programs end‑to‑end, including winner management, communications, and prize distribution
• Support rewards program implementation, partnership coordination, and documentation maintenance
• Analyze KPIs and create reports to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Manage promotional products, including vendor relationships and inventory tracking
• Conduct quality assurance, including copy review, asset verification, and compliance validation
• Track vendor invoices, maintain budget documentation, and support payment process optimization
• Create customer experiences using Jebbit and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platforms.

You have the following skills:

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from September for 5-6 months.
• Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications studies.
• Strong English language and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred digital marketing experience, both in paid media and CRM
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
