Job summary

Fortaegis Technologies is seeking an IT Manager to define and drive our global IT strategy across multiple international locations. You will manage external IT service providers and align IT with rapid business growth in a security-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT leadership, strong governance skills, and a hands-on approach to deliver scalable, secure IT infrastructure and services globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT management experience.
• Experience managing external IT vendors or MSPs.
• Strong cloud, networking, security, and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience scaling IT in multi-office or international setups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global IT strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and standards; act as internal client to the IT service provider.
• Manage external IT service providers.
• Drive IT projects (migrations, office setups, tooling).
• Ensure high-quality delivery through SLAs, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Oversee global IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Maintain IT governance and policies.
• Develop and manage the IT budget.
