Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel is offering an internship for ICT Service Centre Support Engineer. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues worldwide, handling hardware, Windows issues, applications, and automation.

The IT department supports ~10,000 workstations; you will join a team of 10 IT professionals, participate during office hours, and help resolve incidents. Language Dutch/English, MBO level education required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11 and Active Directory.
• Experience with TOPdesk is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve requests and incidents from end users.
• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software and automation.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve services and processes.
