Hillebrand Gori – A company of DHL Global Forwarding in Haarlem seeks a Product Owner – Internal Integrations (Architect) to lead integration backlog, shape cross-functional solution designs, and guide agile delivery across multiple applications. For our location in Haarlem, we are looking for a Product Owner – Internal Integrations | Architect.

Role Purpose

The Product Owner – Internal Integrations (Architect) combines product ownership with hands‑on solution architecture responsibility for the internal integration landscape across Hillebrand Gori’s application ecosystem.

The role is responsible for designing and shaping cross‑functional, cross‑application solutions that enable key business improvements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategy.

Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Solutions and peer Product Owners, the role ensures that solution designs translate business priorities into coherent, scalable, and sustainable integration outcomes.

What will you do?

Business Solution Architecture

• Design and shape end‑to‑end business solution for key cross‑functional initiatives
• Translate enterprise application landscape architecture into executable designs with the Head of Enterprise Solutions
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality solution design across domains
• Support end‑to‑end business process integration

Cross‑Functional Business Improvement Enablement

• Drive solution design for strategic cross‑application improvements
• Enable process optimization, automation, and data consistency
• Balance delivery speed and architectural sustainability
• Challenge designs introducing complexity

Internal Integration Product Ownership

• Own and manage the integration backlog
• Ensure future‑proof and aligned backlog
• Balance delivery of rich functionality, simplicity and risk reduction

Agile Delivery & Engineering Collaboration

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Guide development teams on business solution design in general and internal application integration in particular
• Ensure adherence to solution design and backlog priority

Cross‑Product Alignment & Dependency Management

• Align priorities and dependencies with POs
• Ensure end‑to‑end process thinking
• Resolve cross‑product design issues

Integration Standards & Governance

• Apply integration standards and guardrails
• Contribute to best practices
• Ensure security and compliance

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Bridge business, architecture, and delivery
• Facilitate solution design discussions
• Provide transparency on risks and decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Integration Architecture, Product Ownership, or related roles.
• 5+ years Experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, supply chain.
• Proven experience designing cross-functional and cross-application business solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery organizations as Product Owner.
• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, event‑driven architectures, and system integration patterns.
