Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Informatics or IT-related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in integrating systems and customers and partners.
• Strong experience in: Requirements gathering and analysis, Functional design and specification, UML use cases.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Owner to start up new integration initiatives with partners/customers.
• Analyzing and modeling the new process and designs.
• Define mappings between various message-formats.
• Translating business requirements into clear functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Acting as the functional link between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Supporting the prioritization and refinement of the product backlog.
• Defining business rules, workflows, and data requirements.
• Supporting developers and testers by clarifying functional behavior and validating solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
