Qualifications

• 3–6 years in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience negotiating with major software vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM).
• Understanding software licensing models and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset; translate data into strategy.
• Procurement compliance and risk management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across software and cloud categories.
• Define business needs, vendor strategies, and category plans.
• Deliver end-to-end sourcing (RFX, negotiation, contracting).
• Drive cost optimization and value creation across global spend.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships (enterprise software, hyperscalers).
• Lead negotiations for renewals, pricing, and contract changes.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, and compliance.
• Ensure strong contract governance and lifecycle management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Lead complex, cross-border sourcing projects.
• Influence decisions and align procurement strategy with goals.
• Collaborate with global teams and offshore stakeholders.
