Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an IT & Infosec Director to own the end-to-end digital architecture and cybersecurity posture. You will lead Business Applications, IT Infrastructure & Cloud, and Information Security teams as the company scales globally.

The role reports to the CFO and partners with Operations, Legal, I&D, and Commercial teams. You will drive strategy, governance, and risk management across enterprise systems while safeguarding critical IP and customer data.

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT and Information Security leadership experience.
• Proven background in high-tech hardware, defense, aerospace, software, or engineering environments.
• Deep working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, GDPR, and ITAR/EAR protocols.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP, PLM, and business intelligence architecture.
• Recognised security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO preferred.
• Confident communicator who balances strict security controls with organizational agility.
• Cool-headed leader capable of driving calm, rapid response during critical system incidents.
• Willing to travel up to 5% to strategic partners and international sites.

Responsibilities

• Strategic roadmap and business systems: Drive multi-year IT roadmap to support global growth across ERP, CRM, PLM, BI.
• Cybersecurity architecture and risk management: Establish policies, zero-trust, threat detection, and audits.
• Defense and aviation compliance: Lead ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, ITAR/DFARS certifications across global frameworks.
• Global infrastructure and cloud operations: Oversee networks, cloud, and hybrid work deployments; manage Azure Entra identity.
• Leadership and executive advisory: Advise executives, coach teams, manage external IT partners and vendors.
