Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an IT & Infosec Director to own the end-to-end digital architecture and cybersecurity posture. You will lead Business Applications, IT Infrastructure & Cloud, and Information Security teams while expanding globally, reporting to the CFO.

You will drive multi-year IT roadmaps, enforce zero-trust policies, ensure compliance with ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, GDPR and ITAR/DFARS, and oversee ERP/PLM/BI architectures across global sites.

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT and Information Security leadership experience.
• Proven background in high-tech hardware, defense, aerospace, software, or engineering environments.
• Deep working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, GDPR, and ITAR/EAR protocols.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP, PLM, and business intelligence architecture.
• Recognised security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO preferred.
• Confident communicator who balances strict security controls with organizational agility.
• Cool-headed leader capable of driving calm, rapid response during critical system incidents.
• Travel up to 5% to strategic partners and international sites.

Responsibilities

• Strategic roadmap and business systems: Drive our multi-year IT roadmap to support global growth across ERP/CRM/PLM/BI.
• Cybersecurity architecture and risk management: Enforce security policies, zero-trust, threat detection, incidents, and audits.
• Defense and aviation compliance: Lead ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, ITAR/DFARS compliance and audits.
• Global infrastructure and cloud operations: Oversee network resilience, cloud, hybrid work, Azure AD/Entra ID, DR testing.
• Leadership and executive advisory: Advise executives on digital investments and cybersecurity risks; manage teams and partners.
