Job summary

Ardena is seeking an IT Applications Director to own Ardena’s full application portfolio across ERP, LIMS, QMS, MES, CRM, and more. You will partner with business unit leaders to translate needs into roadmaps, drive standardisation across sites, and ensure regulatory compliance in a GxP, ISO 27001 environment.

This strategic, hands-on leadership role reports to the CIO and requires travel to multiple sites to support local teams.

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience delivering enterprise application programmes in life science or regulated environments.
Knowledge of ISO 27001 and GxP/regulatory frameworks.
Experience with ERP, LIMS, QMS, MES platforms; cloud/SaaS management.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Ardena’s application portfolio strategy across ERP, LIMS, QMS, MES, CRM and other platforms.
Lead selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications with minimal disruption.
Define architecture principles, integration standards, and data governance.
Collaborate with IT Infra, IT Security, and AI teams for a secure, scalable landscape.
Oversee testing strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT) and risk-based validation.
Manage budgets, vendor relations, and SLAs; drive cost efficiency.
