Job summary

Cyclomedia is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to craft clear, engaging messages and drive how we share strategy and changes across our hybrid, multi-country organisation. This role focuses on connecting leaders with teams and turning priorities into action, across varied channels and cultures.

You'll shape content, campaigns and moments that strengthen our culture, while partnering with the People team to measure impact and continuously improve our internal communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications or related role.
• Experience in international or multi-location organisations.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with change communications and senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset using feedback and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver our internal communications strategy and cadence across the organisation.
• Translate priorities and changes into clear, engaging messages for employees.
• Create compelling content and campaigns across internal channels.
• Support leaders with key messages, town halls and communications around change.
• Own and improve internal channels and employee moments across countries.
• Partner with People and Marketing to align employer branding and leadership communication.
