Job summary

GloPros in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to own and improve our global internal communications ecosystem. You will drive the SharePoint intranet transformation and oversee channels including Viva Engage and mass email communications.

You will collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and business functions to strengthen employee engagement and support strategic priorities through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate/internal communications or related areas.
• Experience leading intranet/SharePoint or digital workplace projects internationally.
• Strong channel strategy, governance, IA, and engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve internal communications ecosystem globally, with governance and standards.
• Lead end-to-end transformation and governance of global SharePoint intranet.
• Own and optimize channels like SharePoint, Viva Engage, and mass emails with engaging content.
• Partner with IT and Cybersecurity to develop awareness campaigns and change initiatives.
• Act as a centre of expertise, providing governance, training, and best practices.
• Lead projects and coordinate stakeholders, agencies, and platform owners for measurable impact.
