Job summary

Cloetta is seeking an Integration Specialist to connect systems and streamline data flows across our IT landscape. You’ll join the Business Analytics and Integration team and help maintain 300+ live integrations, collaborating with trading partners and IT suppliers.

This role emphasizes developing new (EDI) integrations and improving end-to-end processes in a multinational setting. The team supports a hybrid working model and values proactive problem-solvers with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Analytical approach and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize all integrations across Cloetta’s IT landscape.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents.
• Develop integrations, including EDI, between Cloetta and its trading partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Work with modern integration platforms and tools (Azure Integration Services, APIs, EDI).
