Job summary

Fashion Cloud, with offices in Hamburg and Amsterdam, is seeking a Product Success Manager EDI to ensure smooth data integrations for brands and retailers across the Benelux and Nordics region, working with account managers, engineers and product managers to set the course for reliable data flows.

In this role you onboard new suppliers, map data structures, resolve transmission issues, and lead data-connection projects, always explaining complex topics clearly and building trusted partnerships

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing, technical, or project role.
• Clear communication and ability to tell a structured story.
• Tech affinity; basic knowledge of EDI is a plus, taught if needed.
• Love for data puzzles; analytical and thorough.
• Methodical and detail-driven; organized with strong problem-solving.
• Languages: fluent German and English.
• Energy, proactivity and self-motivation.
• Nice to have: familiarity with wholesale or SQL/Python, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration & Partnership: work with brands and retailers to ensure smooth data exchange and build partnerships.
• Onboarding & Integration: help suppliers get set up, map data structures, and ensure compatibility with the platform.
• Sparring & Support: serve as the go-to for data exchange questions and resolve tricky alignments.
• Driving New Data Flows: lead projects for new connections, features, and automation.
