Job summary

Quiet Capital is seeking a Senior Insurance Manager to lead the Group Insurance framework end-to-end, including strategy, governance, renewals, claims handling, and risk-aligned program design. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions to ensure compliant, efficient, and resilient insurance coverage for a multinational aerospace/defence environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate insurance or risk management experience.
• Experience with international insurance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the global insurance portfolio across property, liability, D&O, cyber, and specialty lines.
• Lead renewal cycles, submissions, market approaches, and coverage binding with brokers.
• Manage broker and carrier relationships and drive tendering for service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end claims processes with internal stakeholders and insurers.
• Identify and assess site-specific risks and ensure adequate coverage.
• Review policy limits, exclusions, and deductibles; flag gaps to ERM/Finance.
• Manage insurance budget, forecast premiums, and report trends to Finance.
• Review insurance clauses in contracts and advise on required coverage.
