Zurich Benelux is seeking an International Insurance Administrator to support end-to-end issuance of international insurance policies across multiple countries. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery from deal to policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in insurance administration and property policies.
• Minimum of MBO Level 4 diploma or higher.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of international insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance worldwide.
• Collect and prepare data and policy documentation for new business and renewals.
• Coordinate international insurance programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear instructions to international network partners to support the issuance of local policies within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Review, process, and maintain policy amendments and updates.
• Prepare reports and provide policy-related information to internal and external clients.
• Support business and system improvement initiatives by contributing to relevant IT projects.
