Job summary

Zero Motorcycles is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist focused on indirect materials to support a global supply base from Amsterdam. You will drive sourcing, supplier negotiations, and process improvements across IT, MRO, marketing and services, ensuring data integrity in SAP and alignment with internal controls.

The role requires 4+ years in indirect purchasing within a manufacturing environment, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of indirect procurement experience in a global manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; data-driven decisions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Coupa is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure indirect materials and services across the global base.
• Maintain vendor master data and PIRs.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
