• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of cost accounting experience in automotive/manufacturing industries.
• Strong SAP CO experience; FI/MM exposure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all cost accounting functions and standard costing.
• Maintain and update standard costs for finished goods, parts and overhead allocations in SAP.
• Analyze production variances and provide actionable insights.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting for COGS and monitor deviations.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve costing/reporting processes.
