Qualifications

• Experience in multinational environments is required.
• Strong analytical capabilities with metrics, dashboards, and workforce planning models.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, including payroll interfaces.
• Design and enhance HR dashboards for reporting insights.
