Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an HR Operations Manager for the GSC HR stream to deliver high-quality HR services and ensure timely support across HR processes and systems. You will lead day-to-day activities, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements while coaching a multi-country team.

The role requires extensive experience in HR operations, people management, and proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing mid to large scale HR operations with continuous improvement
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and maintain service quality
• Strong understanding of HR processes and governance
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and data reporting in Power BI

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations in entrusted processes area and lead day-to-day activities aligned with GSC HR strategy
• Manage escalated service issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation actions
• Collaborate with global process owners to improve service quality, timelines and cost
• Lead process transitions, continuous improvement and related projects
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and monitor workload and performance metrics
• Provide guidance and approvals on escalations to direct reports and other stakeholders
• Drive service performance reviews and identify capability gaps and training needs
• Analyze performance data to design improvements in process and work organization
• Lead and develop the team, recruit and integrate new members, and support salary review and budgeting process
