ARLANXEO is seeking a Global HR Operations Intern to support the HR team in delivering efficient operations and fostering employee development. You will gain exposure to talent management, HR processes, and the employee experience in a global context.

The role offers development in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation, including AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, with opportunities to contribute to HR analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Interest in HR processes and employee development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data, reporting and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in line with policies and privacy.
• Assist with data entry, file management and HR documentation processes.
• Contribute to development of HR guides and communications.
