Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. is seeking a Global HR Compliance Specialist to steward the worldwide HR compliance framework across North America, EMEA and APAC. You translate complex regulations into practical standards embedded in daily HR operations.

You will monitor regulatory changes, partner with Legal and Privacy, lead audits, and advise HR leaders to ensure data privacy, process integrity and governance across the global HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, or related field.
• Experience in HR governance or employment law.
• International organisation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the global HR compliance framework.
• Design and run controls across HR end-to-end processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into requirements.
• Safeguard data privacy and records handling.
• Coordinate audits and remediation.
• Advise HR stakeholders on complex compliance questions.
