Job summary

Vanderlande is hiring a Regional Team Lead HR Service Desk EMEA to oversee 1st line HR services and drive service excellence across the EMEA region. The role combines people leadership with process ownership in a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days in the office).

You will lead a 16-person team across NL, UK, ES, ME, and DE, championing SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement while ensuring accurate and compliant HR transactions and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience leading HR or Service Desk teams.
• Experience in international/matrix environments and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 16-strong HR Service Agents team across NL, UK, ES, ME, DE.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge management.
• Act as escalation point for complex HR cases and stakeholder liaison.
