Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Global HR Compliance Specialist to own the international HR compliance framework across employment law, data protection and end-to-end HR processes. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical standards embedded in daily HR operations, coordinating with Legal, Privacy, HR Technology and Process teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR compliance, employment law, governance, or operations in an international organisation.
• Experience building a compliance framework from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the global HR compliance framework covering employment law, data protection and record keeping.
• Design and run a recurring control and testing cycle across global HR end-to-end processes and data.
• Track changes in employment legislation and data protection rules and translate impact into requirements.
