Zusammenfassung

INSO Headquarters in The Hague is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support Country Offices across West Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. You will advise leaders on workforce planning, HR policies, and risk management while partnering with Country Directors and HQ stakeholders.

You will travel to Country Offices to provide capacity-building, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in people practices, safeguarding, and duty of care across diverse contexts.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of HR experience in INGO/humanitarian environments.
• Experience advising managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR compliance, and risk management.
• Experience interpreting HR data and turning findings into practical solutions.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, or another language.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Advising Country Offices on workforce planning and capacity development.
• Coaching managers and HR colleagues on HR policies and people management practices.
• Guiding on labor law compliance, HR risk management, and donor requirements.
• Analyzing workforce data and translating insights into leadership recommendations.
• Supporting employee relations, safeguarding, duty of care, and organisational change initiatives.
• Contributing to global HR projects and policy development.
• Traveling to Country Offices to provide targeted support.
