Job summary

NewCold, a global cold storage company, seeks a Controller for Holding activities to join its Financial Department in Breda. You will report to the VP Corporate Controlling and CFO, collaborating with a dedicated financial accountant from the Shared Service Centre, and will manage monthly reporting, budgeting, and intercompany analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in controlling and financial reporting within an auditing firm or international organization.
• Experience with private equity-backed entities preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting for the Holding activities (total level and per department).
• Monthly meetings with stakeholders from several departments.
• Annual budget process for the Holding activities.
• Safeguard and monitor intercompany charges from Holding to group entities.
• Monthly meetings with project managers for Capex projects.
• Monitor intercompany flows and positions; resolve variances with the financial accountant.
• Maintain procedures and controls for efficient execution.
