Qualifications

• Experience with donor-funded procurement environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of non-grant procurement and PPM activities from requisition to financial closure.
• Establish priorities, milestones, dependencies, and service-level expectations.
• Apply structured project management methods to plan, sequence, and track deliverables.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and escalate as needed within mandate.
• Maintain programme capacity, timelines, and cost baselines; manage variances and actions.
• Ensure compliance with PFSCM policies, SOPs, and quality management requirements.
• Govern programme governance routines and KPI reporting; prepare status updates.
