Job summary

Kramp is seeking a Head of Private Label Sourcing to lead an international team and build a high‑performing sourcing organization. You will transform Private Label execution by strengthening supplier networks, aligning stakeholders, and delivering scalable sourcing solutions.

You will head cross‑border teams in Europe, China, India, and Turkey, travel internationally, and drive end‑to‑end sourcing with a focus on QA, cost, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in global sourcing, ideally Private Label.
• Proven experience leading international teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong background in international sourcing, particularly in Asia, with extensive travel.
• Experience in technical procurement is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and inspire an international sourcing team across Europe, China, India, and Turkey.
• Develop leadership capability and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing execution of Private Label projects.
• Optimize the global supplier portfolio and negotiate strategic supplier partnerships.
• Drive quality, cost, innovation, and supply reliability.
• Act as the key link between category strategy and sourcing execution.
• Build a new sourcing organization and lead change across the business.
• Implement best‑in‑class sourcing processes, governance, supplier evaluation, and risk management.
