Job summary

Kramp is seeking a Project Manager Buying to drive improvement projects across the Category & Buying Excellence team. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, work with Category Buyers and Managers, and connect stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

You will bring a structured, business-oriented approach and a passion for improving ways of working in an international environment, reporting to Head of Category Buying Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Buying, Procurement Excellence or related improvement environment.
• Ability to drive progress across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating challenges into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Buying improvement projects from scope to delivery, coordinating workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier collaboration and governance.
• Drive change by adopting new processes and tools, capturing lessons learned.
