Job summary

Bejo is seeking a strategic Head of Crop (Leafy Crops) to develop the global crop and assortment strategy and lead a diverse, international team. You will translate market insights into actionable plans and drive profitable growth across regions.

You will manage resources, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with research, breeding, production, marCom, and sales to achieve Bejo's long-term ambitions. Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Agribusiness, Plant Sciences, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Crop Management, Product Management, Marketing or Commercial roles in vegetable seed.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence across cultures and regions.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global crop and assortment strategy for Leafy Crops.
• Lead an international team of Regional Crop Managers and coordinate with research, breeding, production, marCom, sales and regions.
• Monitor market trends and translate opportunities into actionable plans; allocate resources and track progress.
• Create an environment where people are empowered to grow, collaborate and perform at their best.
