Tether Ltd. is seeking a highly driven Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion to develop strategic solutions for banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into multi-product solutions.
• Tangible experience personally originating, structuring, and closing large strategic partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, financial institutions, retailers and large enterprises globally.
• Design tailored solutions leveraging the broader Tether ecosystem across stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, and payments.
• Own strategic projects from engagement through structuring, execution, and scale; monitor KPIs post-implementation.
