Qualifications

• Extensive experience across data governance, data management and enterprise data strategy.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk and data provenance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate concepts into practical standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise data and AI governance strategy and standards.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Legal and InfoSec to embed governance into platforms and processes.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering model risk, bias, explainability and lineage.
• Define data quality, metadata management and data contracts practices across markets.
• Shape data strategy and operating models with senior leadership and measure ROI.
• Translate governance requirements into scalable tooling, metadata and controls.
• Lead adoption efforts and build a data-literate culture across teams and markets.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA and EU AI Act and manage third‑party risk.
