Job summary

NN Group Netherlands is seeking a Head of Corporate Security & Investigations to lead the global investigations capability and set strategic direction for corporate security and integrity screening. You will advise senior leadership, ensuring security considerations are understood and acted upon across the group.

You will lead complex investigations, establish global standards, build intelligence capabilities, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR and regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of corporate security experience.
• Proven senior international leadership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global investigations framework for objective assessments.
• Triage, review, and follow-up reports with escalation when needed.
• Identify trends and root causes to strengthen the control environment.
• Manage integrity-sensitive screening for pre- and in-employment checks.
• Develop and implement a risk-based security strategy across NN Group.
• Set global Corporate Security & Investigations standards and governance.
