Compliance People, on behalf of a complex multinational with Dutch roots, seeks a Manager Complex Compliance Investigations on an ad interim basis in Amsterdam.

You will lead a portfolio of complex investigations, engage with C-level executives and process owners, and coach both internal staff and external service providers.

In this influential role, you are responsible for managing the portfolio of complex compliance investigations. You interact easily both on C-level and with people working in primary processes and you have a keen eye on stakeholder management. You manage and coach direct colleagues as well as external service suppliers and you experience no challenges when switching back and forth between high level overview and technical details.

Profiel

15+ years’ of relevant experience in complex compliance investigations

good command of (at least) English, however also understanding the Dutch context

able to handle a broad variety of sensitive topicsin a professional and resilient way

an eye for process improvement and scalability
