Job summary

TSMG Holding in the Netherlands is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage equipment movement across domestic and international routes while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will liaise with 3PL partners, support stock management and forecasting, and track shipments from origin to return.

Responsibilities cover end-to-end lifecycle of imagery hardware, coordinating with trade compliance, optimizing inventory flow, and communicating status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years in logistics, vendor or warehouse management.
• 2+ years in Hardware Operations.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, stock management and forecasting.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient in SAP ERP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team leadership and administrative task management.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock, forecasting, and supply of imagery equipment.
• Coordinate global equipment delivery and return.
• Manage and track tickets for shipments.
• Support equipment purchases and logistics coordination.
• Handle hardware depot inventories.
• Oversee full product lifecycle including shipment and packaging.
• Ensure export/import compliance with trade compliance and 3PLs.
• Conduct or supervise warehouse inventory counts.
• Optimize inventory movement and procedures.
• Manage shipment requests and status updates.
• Support conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, and time management.
• Ensure team resources are available.
• Manage internal stakeholders and client communications.
