Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Data Coordinator in Amsterdam to manage disk lifecycle, procurement, allocation, tracking, scrapping, and shipment while overseeing data upload and segregation processes for accuracy and efficiency.

You will coordinate the team, resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, and manage time and resources, ensuring stakeholder updates to internal teams and clients align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain.
• 3-5 years in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Excel.
• BGV clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage disk lifecycle, procurement, allocation, tracking, scrapping, and shipment.
• Monitor data upload and segregation processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate team through conflict resolution and task delegation; set goals and manage time/resources.
• Communicate updates and statuses to internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations.
