The role requires deep hardware scaling expertise, a strong commercial sense, and a track record of growing B2B high-tech businesses globally.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience.
• In International CEO roles.
• Proven experience scaling up hardware businesses and establishing global footprints.
• Within a B2B high tech or disruptive, technical product environment.
• Commercially sharp and growth-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lab-to-Fab transition and industrialization strategy.
• Drive international expansion, including establishing a footprint in Asia (China).
• Oversee supply chains, manufacturing processes, and scaling hardware for mass production.
• Act as outward-facing leader with CTO and CCO in a high growth hardware scale-up.
