Job summary

Nebius, headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead server and GPU infrastructure procurement for our data centers. You will work across engineering, logistics, finance and operations to ensure fast, cost-effective provisioning for new builds and ongoing maintenance.

You will negotiate directly with ODM/OEM partners, build dashboards and reports, and drive cost optimization in a dynamic, high‑velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in server/data center hardware procurement
• Experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers
• Strong negotiation skills in constrained markets
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds
• Negotiating directly with OEM/ODM vendors
• Creating dashboards and reports to track tasks and deadlines
• Managing cost optimization, supply constraints, and vendor escalations
• Coordinating closely with engineering, logistics, finance and operations teams
• Maintenance procurement to ensure zero-disruption operations post go-live
