Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Quality Release Specialist for a global GMP environment supporting batch release and quality oversight within a busy vaccines/packaging site. You will review GMP documentation, assist deviation investigations and CAPAs, collaborate with Operations, Quality Control and validation teams, and help ensure compliant, on-time product release.

This role requires strong communication in Dutch and English, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on involvement across cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review GMP documentation and support deviation investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPA follow-up.
• Support handling and investigation of market complaints with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate to strengthen quality awareness across the site through coaching and cross-functional interaction.
• Represent quality in cross-functional projects and support implementation of quality requirements.
• Assist departments with correct application of quality systems (including GMP) and changes to procedures/guidelines.
• Contribute to new product introductions by addressing quality from start to finish.
• Review and approve key GMP documents such as SOPs, change controls, and qualification/validation documentation.
• Work closely with packaging teams, Quality Control, and other quality functions to enable compliant, timely release activities.
